Booking Terms & Conditions
A holiday booking is a legally binding contract between you and the accommodation provider.
A deposit equivalent to the price of the first night stay will secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if suitable notice of cancellation is not given. This is 5 days from arrival for bookings of 3 nights or longer, 48 hours prior to check in for bookings of 1 or 2 nights. If for any reason you are unable to take your holiday and are unable to give reasonable notice of cancellation you may be liable for a cancellation charge, which could be the full cost of your booking. For this reason we would advise you to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.
Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
You can make a booking enquiry by phone, post, email or by completing our contact form. None of these confirms a booking, until The Wentworth Guest House has confirmed your booking with you and taken the necessary deposit.
Not all rooms are available to book online, so if you can't see availability on the dates you want, do please contact us by phone or by email as we may still have availability on your required dates.
All outstanding charges are payable on day of arrival.
